The benefits of juices
Vegetable juices are the leaders in the amount of vitamins, mineral salts and microelements.
Vegetable juices are quickly included in the metabolism and require almost no energy from the body. They correct the acid-base balance in the blood, increase the activity of enzymes, promote the excretion of toxins, stimulate digestion and are very quickly absorbed - literally an hour after consumption.
How to drink freshly squeezed juices
It is well known that freshly squeezed juice does not "live" for a long time. Under the influence of light and air, a significant part of the vitamins breaks down, leaving in an hour in the glass only the color and taste. But even in the absence of this usefulness, it is better to drink such "fresh" than ordinary juice from a box.
Almost all fresh juices are "calculated" for a maximum of 30 - 40 minutes. However, you can try to extend the life of fresh juice by placing the glass on ice or in the refrigerator. Since in 20 minutes all the benefits of fresh juice go away, drink them immediately after cooking.
The popular carrot juice is not recommended to drink too often and in large quantities, because this juice can give the skin a yellowish tinge, and in some even cause allergies. The recommended dose of carrot juice is 100 ml per day.
Parsley juice can be drunk no more than 1 tablespoon at a time, otherwise overexcitation of the nervous system is possible. It is most often mixed with carrots (1: 3). Parsley juice goes well with spinach, lettuce and celery.
The body needs to get used to beet juice. It is necessary to begin application of beet juice with small quantities (on 1 tbsp. L.) or in a mix with other juices, for example carrot, gradually reducing quantity of carrot juice. Before use, you need to keep the beet juice in the refrigerator for several hours.
Beetroot is dangerous for hypertensives, it is not recommended to drink in pure form, only in diluted form.
