After working as a pastry chef for five years at Guy Savoy’s establishment and wining one Champion of France Dessert in 2003, Hugues Pouget founded Hugo & Victor in 2010. He proposes seasonal healthy products that are free from colorants that he prepares following an ethical approach that is respectful of the environment.
